The Stenner FC5040D Single Head Feed Rate Control with Shaft is a genuine replacement assembly for compatible Stenner Classic Series adjustable-output chemical feed pumps. This part is used on single-head adjustable 45MJ and 85MJ pump models to help regulate pump output through the external feed rate control mechanism.

The feed rate control assembly allows compatible adjustable-output Classic Series pumps to vary chemical feed output mechanically. FC5040D includes the feed rate control with shaft for single-head adjustable pump configurations and should be matched to the pump model and manufacturer parts diagram before ordering.

Replace the feed rate control with shaft when the existing assembly is worn, damaged, binding, chemically damaged, missing, difficult to adjust, or no longer controlling the feed rate properly. During service, inspect related feed rate control parts such as the index plate, index pin assembly, variable cam, mounting plate, dial ring, feed rate housing, and surrounding motor/gear components.

This product is the single-head feed rate control with shaft only. It does not include the complete chemical feed pump, motor, pump head, pump tube, tubing, injection check valve, chemical tank, or double-head feed rate control assembly. It is not intended for fixed-output pumps or double-head 100J/170J adjustable models unless a manufacturer parts diagram specifically confirms compatibility.
