The Stenner FC5N000 Feed Rate Mounting Plate is a genuine replacement component for the feed rate control assembly on compatible Stenner Classic Series adjustable-output chemical feed pumps. It is used with select single-head adjustable 45MJ and 85MJ pumps and select double-head adjustable 100J and 170J pumps.

The feed rate mounting plate is part of the mechanical adjustment area that supports the feed rate control components on compatible adjustable-output Stenner pumps. This section allows the pump output to be manually adjusted on models equipped with the external dial-style feed rate control.

Replace the mounting plate when the existing plate is cracked, worn, missing, loose, chemically damaged, or no longer supporting the feed rate control components properly. During service, inspect the dial ring, index plate, index pin assembly, feed rate housing, shaft, cam, screws, and related feed rate control parts for wear or damage.

FC5N000 is the mounting plate only. It does not include the complete feed rate control assembly, dial ring, index plate, index pin assembly, feed rate housing, shaft, screws, pump tube, pump head, motor, or complete chemical feed pump.
