The Stenner MCFC5H0 Variable Cam 5 Pack is a genuine replacement feed rate control component for compatible Stenner Classic Series adjustable-output chemical feed pumps. The variable cam is part of the mechanical feed rate control assembly that helps the pump adjust output on models equipped with the external dial-style feed rate control.

MCFC5H0 is used with select Classic Series single-head adjustable 45MJ and 85MJ pumps and select Classic Series double-head adjustable 100J and 170J pumps. These adjustable-output models use feed rate control components to manually change output over the pump’s adjustment range.

Replace the variable cam when the existing cam is worn, cracked, chemically damaged, missing, binding, slipping, or no longer allowing the feed rate control mechanism to adjust smoothly. During service, inspect the index pin kit, index plate, feed rate mounting plate, feed rate housing, main shaft, dial ring, and related feed rate control components for wear or damage.

This product includes five variable cams only. It does not include the complete feed rate control assembly, index pin kit, index plate, feed rate mounting plate, feed rate housing, main shaft, dial ring, pump tube, pump head, motor, or complete chemical feed pump. Verify the pump model, adjustable-output configuration, and manufacturer parts diagram before ordering.
