The A14 turret brings genuine 4K (8 MP) detail to wired Lorex systems at an entry price point. Its 2.8 mm F2.0 fixed lens captures a wide scene with the pixel density to identify faces and plates, recording 4K at 15 frames per second or 4 MP at a smoother 30 FPS — a sensible trade for driveways, porches, and entries where detail matters more than fluid motion. Smart detection separates people and vehicles from ordinary movement, so alerts stay relevant.

Color Night Vision™ keeps low-light footage in color where ambient light exists, infrared reaches about 98 ft (30 m) in darkness, and wide dynamic range balances high-contrast scenes. The IP67 housing operates from −40 °F to 140 °F, and a built-in microphone provides listen-in audio (may be disabled by default; subject to local law). One PoE cable delivers power and video to a compatible NVR. Available in black (E842CDB) or white (E842CD).
