The Stenner CVIJOR Santoprene Check Valve O-Ring is a genuine replacement sealing component for compatible Stenner chemical feed check valve assemblies. It is used in the injection-side check valve area where a properly sealing O-ring helps reduce leakage and supports reliable check valve operation.

CVIJOR is designed for compatible 100 psi Santoprene duckbill check valve applications and select compatible ball check valve assemblies that use a Santoprene O-ring. It is commonly associated with Stenner 100 psi Santoprene duckbill check valves for 1/4″, 6 mm, and 3/8″ chemical feed connections, as well as select stainless ball check valve assemblies that use Santoprene O-ring construction.

Replace this O-ring when the existing seal is worn, flattened, swollen, cracked, cut, missing, chemically damaged, or no longer sealing the check valve properly. During service, inspect the duckbill, check valve body, injection fitting, connecting nut, ferrule, discharge tubing, and injection point for wear, clogging, buildup, or chemical damage.

This product is the O-ring only. It does not include the complete check valve assembly, duckbill, check valve body, injection fitting, ball check valve components, connecting nut, ferrule, discharge tubing, pump tube, pump head, or complete chemical feed pump. Verify the check valve part number, pressure rating, connection size, material, and manufacturer parts diagram before ordering.
